			This dog is being sold as a family pet, and is eligible for

			shows or breeding programs. This registration can be changed

                                             
			at a later date by the breeder, if the dog proves to be of breeding

                                             
			quality. Dog must pass hips and elbow certification with OFA.

                                             
			Dog must pass eye certification by a licensed ophthalmologist.
 
		
		

			
We have carefully planned our 
			breeding program, by only breeding exceptional quality dogs. 

			These dogs have passed OFA and CERF certifications. There fore we 
			stand behind our dogs 

			and offer the following warranties listed below.
 
		
		

			

			

				
HEALTH WARRANTY

It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of 
veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all 
vaccinations and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal 
has been examined by a Florida licensed veterinarian who certifies that to the best of his knowledge, 
the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary inspection.
			
			

				

The purchaser has 48 hours, from time of receipt, excluding week ends and holidays, in which to
 have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian for a clean bill of health. Should a licensed 
veterinarian find the animal unfit for purchase due to health, congenital, or hereditary disorders only, 
with in this time period. The breeder will exchange said animal. No part of parcel of the veterinarian 
costs associated shall be refund to the buyer. The buyer and breeder hereby agree to exchange the 
animal when another of the same color and sex becomes available.

HIP AND EYE WARRANTY

Breeder also guarantees the puppy for a period of 12 months from the time of birth against:
Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)  and Canine Hip Dysplasia (CHD).
Conditions of guarantees:
     A.      The dog must carry my kennel name "SAMPSON" in the AKC registration name.
     B.      The dog must be owned by the original owner who purchased the dog.
     C.      The dog must no sire or whelp a litter.
			

Breeder offers an extended guarantee for a period of 24 months from the time of birth against:
Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)  and Canine Hip Dysplasia (CHD).
Conditions of guarantees:
     A.      The dog must carry my kennel name "SAMPSON" in the AKC registration name.
     B.      The dog must be owned by the original owner who purchased the dog.
     C.      The dog must no sire or whelp a litter.
			
     D.      The dog must be kept on the supplement Nuvet Plus for the entire 24 months.

Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)
A certified veterinarian ophthalmologist determines that your dog has PRA, you must notify me 
by email or letter along with the copy of the report. 

Canine Hip Dysplasia (CHD)
A certified veterinarian must submit directly to me or my vet a letter stating the condition of your 
dogs hips and the x-rays taken before one year of age. If these x-rays are questionable by myself or my 
veterinarian, I will request that the x-rays be submitted to OFA for a preliminary evaluation.
			

If hip dysplasia is suspected to be caused by environmental or nutrition, no warranty shall apply for hips.
No part of parcel of the veterinarian costs associated shall be refunded to the buyer.
Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement puppy of same sex and color when available or a refund of original 
purchase price once the dog has been returned to breeder within 3 months of evaluation letter, or the dog is 
spayed/neutered and all paperwork given to the owner at time of purchase is returned to breeder.

			longer keep the dog or find it a suitable home. The dog should be 
			returned to 
			

			Sampson Labradors. This dog is not to be 
			turned into any animal shelpter or rescue group. we will take the
			

			 time and effort to find a suitable 
			home for the dog.
			
 
		
		

			

			

			AFTER 48 HOURS, THE BUYER WAIVES HIS 
			RIGHTS TO SECTION 828.29, FLORIDA STATUTES, 
			

			AND TO RETURN THE PUPPY FOR ANY HEALTH, 
			CONGENITAL, OR HEREDITARY DISORDERS 
			
			

			OTHER THAN THOSE DESCRIBED HEREIN.

			terms. This document is governed in accordance with
